Terms & conditions

Last updated 5 November 2026

These terms apply when you use IntroBrew at introbrew.ai (the “Service”). IntroBrew is provided by Virtuance Digital Marketing Ltd, a company registered in England and Wales (“we”, “us”). By joining you agree to these terms. Please also read our privacy notice.

1. Who can join

IntroBrew is for businesses, not consumers. To join you must be 18 or over, act on behalf of a genuine business (including a sole trader), and give us accurate information. You're responsible for keeping your profile up to date.

2. How the Service works

We use your profile, any website you give us, and automated tools including AI to suggest introductions to other members. An introduction is only made when both members agree. We may decide not to suggest introductions, or limit how many you receive, to keep quality high.

3. No guarantee of work

We work hard to suggest useful introductions, but we can't guarantee that any introduction will lead to a meeting, a sale or any particular result. Any work you agree with another member is between you and them. We are not a party to it and are not responsible for the other member's products, services, conduct or payment.

4. Checks on members

We may carry out light checks (for example looking at a member's website or Companies House record), but we don't verify every member and a “verified” label is not an endorsement. Please make your own checks, such as insurance, qualifications and references, before working with anyone.

5. Using contact details fairly

When you're introduced to another member and receive their contact details, you agree to:

  • use them only to follow up that introduction;
  • not add them to mailing lists, sell or share them, or send them marketing they haven't agreed to;
  • treat the other member politely and honestly.

6. Things you must not do

  • Give false information or pretend to be another person or business.
  • Copy, scrape or harvest data from the Service, or try to access other members' data.
  • Use the Service to send spam or for anything unlawful, harmful or misleading.
  • Interfere with the Service or its security.

We may suspend or close an account that breaks these rules.

7. AI-generated content

Some content, such as introduction explanations, introduction messages and summaries of your website, is written by AI. It may sometimes be incomplete or wrong. You can correct your profile at any time, and your own words always take priority.

8. Fees

The Free plan costs nothing. The Growth plan is £49 a month, paid in advance by card through our payment provider, Stripe, and renews each month until you cancel. You can cancel any time from Plan & billing in your member area; you keep Growth until the end of the month you've paid for and then move to the Free plan. We don't refund part-months unless the law requires it. If a payment fails, we'll ask you to update your card and may move you to the Free plan if it isn't paid. We'll give you at least 30 days' notice of any price change, and you can cancel before it applies. We never store your card details. Deleting your account cancels any subscription.

9. Your content

You keep ownership of the information you give us. You allow us to use it to run and improve the Service, for example to suggest and describe introductions to other members once you've agreed to an introduction.

10. Ending your membership

You can delete your account at any time from your dashboard. We may end or suspend the Service, or your access to it, with reasonable notice, or immediately if you break these terms.

11. Our liability

Nothing in these terms limits liability that can't be limited by law, such as for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or fraud. Otherwise, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, or for loss of profit, business or opportunity, and our total liability to you in any 12 months is limited to the greater of £100 or the fees you paid us in that period.

12. Changes

We may update these terms. If the changes are significant we'll let you know by email or in your dashboard before they take effect.

13. Law

These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales, and its courts have jurisdiction.

14. Contact

Questions about these terms? Contact us or email hello@introbrew.ai.
